We will reach out to you in the next few days by phone.  Please review the course requirements below, this information was also emailed to you.​

​We reserve seats at a first come, first serve basis.  You may complete your $500 deposit below:

Deposits are nonrefundable, if you need to change your selected course date please let us know and your deposit will be applied to that date.​

​What you need to do before class:
*all of these must be two weeks prior to your class start date or you may lose your seat in class, along with your deposit. 

  • Complete your background check and drug test at Castlebranch below.

  • Complete a TB test and provide us with documentation.  This can be done at your local clinic. 

  • Provide us with a copy of a highschool transcript or diploma or GED.

  • Provide us with a copy of the following immunizations: MMR, tDap, and HepB (send to gramm@fastemsts.com)

  • Upon your acceptance to the program, you will be sent an invoice to this email for the remainder of your tuition ($500 deposit +$2000 tuition= $2500 total).
