With 16 years as a paramedic and instructor, Bawnie Sutton is the operational force behind FASTems’ seamless delivery. A proud Marine and Army veteran, Bawnie’s extensive field experience informs every aspect of our accelerated curriculum. She excels in customizing courses to meet diverse student needs, infusing each session with a personal touch while maintaining uncompromising quality. Dr. Bill Mitchell
Medical Director
Dr. Bill Mitchell serves as FASTems’ Medical Director, bringing over 30 years of expertise as a Doctor of Emergency Medicine and ER surgeon. A combat medic veteran, this marks his fifth role as an EMS Medical Director, where he provides critical oversight and cutting-edge medical guidance. Dr. Mitchell ensures our program adheres to the latest protocols and best practices, bridging classroom theory with life-saving application.
