Deposits

​We reserve seats at a first come, first serve basis. You may complete your $500 deposit below:

Deposits are nonrefundable, if you need to change your selected course date please let us know and your deposit will be applied to that date.

What You Need to do Before Class:

*all of these must be two weeks prior to your class start date or you may lose your seat in class, along with your deposit.

Complete your background check and drug test at Castlebranch below.

CASTLEBRANCH
  • ​​Complete a TB test and provide us with documentation. This can be done at your local clinic.
  • Provide us with a copy of a highschool transcript or diploma or GED.
  • Provide us with a copy of the following immunizations:
    • Hepatitis B- Completion of three series or positive titer within past year
    • MMR-Completion of Two series
    • Varicella (chicken pox)-Completion of Two series or positive titer
    • Tdap-Within past ten (10) years
    • Influenza-Current Seasonal or declination (we can provide declination)
    • Covid-Proof of vaccination or declination (we can provide declination)
    • TB- Negative TB blood test within one month
  • Upon your acceptance to the program, you will be sent an invoice to this email for the remainder of your tuition ($500 deposit +$2000 tuition= $2500 total).
